Don’t confuse a symptom with the actual problem.

It is the responsibility of the inspector to assess the symptomatic evidence in and around the property and determine what deeper problems are responsible the visible symptoms. We find and show you the symptom and then work to find the root cause of that issue so that it can be corrected.

Expert Inspectors

Matt and Doug have more than 53 years (combined) in the home inspection business, serving Atlanta home-buyers. We have the knowledge and dedication to ensure your inspection is performed to the highest standards.

Investment Security

Having your home or property inspected can save you thousands of dollars down the road. We inspect and report in great detail to ensure you get the most information for your inspection dollar, as well as gain a solid understanding of the overall condition of the property.

Safe And Secure

Your information is safe with us. We never list or sell your information for any reason. Our client’s security and privacy is a top priority.

Ensuring all aspects are inspected.

The Georgia building code minimums have been updated and changed quite a bit over the years. On a regular basis we still encounter asbestos, aluminum wiring, and other safety risks during our inspections that were once allowed by code. For that reason, it’s really important to check your prospective home for these safety concerns that were possibly created at the time of construction.

Please call to speak with Debbie in our office or send a message to ask any questions or schedule your inspection.

Matt has completed the InterNACHI COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for Home Inspectors Course. The purpose of this course is to educate home inspectors on the best practices, inspection steps, and safety guidelines to protect ourselves, our clients, and the owners of the homes we inspect from the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are still available to help you with your residential and commercial inspection needs. Please contact Debbie in our office to ask any questions related to the steps we are taking to protect you and your family from exposure to COVID-19 and about scheduling your appointment.
