Don’t confuse a symptom with the actual problem.
It is the responsibility of the inspector to assess the symptomatic evidence in and around the property and determine what deeper problems are responsible the visible symptoms. We find and show you the symptom and then work to find the root cause of that issue so that it can be corrected.

Ensuring all aspects are inspected.
The Georgia building code minimums have been updated and changed quite a bit over the years. On a regular basis we still encounter asbestos, solid aluminum wiring, lead paint, and other safety risks during our inspections that were once allowed by code. For that reason, it’s really important to check your prospective home for these (and other possible) safety concerns that were possibly created at the time of construction.
Please call to speak with Debbie or Danielle in our office or send a message to ask any questions or schedule your inspection.
